form and fill in the sizes of your windows or
patio doors. When you are finished you can fax the form

Measure
side to side and top to bottom going to the inside
frame of the window |
Window
measurements needed: Separate width and height measurements
in inches, rounded up to the next inch. Measure
from side to side for width and top to bottom for
height. (See illustration)

Patio
Door measurements require only the width of the
door frame in feet (See illustration).
Most
patio doors are either 5 , 6 or 8 feet wide.Standard
height is 79.5 inches.
